Rapid Node

Right out of college, I joined Rapid Node — a young crypto infra startup with a simple but bold vision: make running nodes as easy as clicking a button. No code. No chaos. Just access.

I joined the marketing team, but my role quickly expanded beyond that.
The first challenge we faced was clarity: What makes us different?

The space was already noisy — with projects like NodeOps and Mintair offering similar infrastructure. So I went where the users were: Discord. I spoke to dozens of them. Asked questions. Observed patterns. And soon, the insight clicked:
People weren’t just here to “support networks.”
They were here for airdrops.

We improved our messaging and partnered with Airdrop Official, one of the biggest influencers in the space, to create educational content around running nodes on Rapid Node.

The result?
An exclusive collaboration that built credibility, drove trust, and led to a 5x jump in active users.

We doubled down.
Introduced fractional node licensing to make participation more accessible — enabling users to start with smaller commitments while still getting full exposure to node rewards.

Then rolled out Rapid Node Points, a referral and usage-based reward system with early access perks, discounts, and community drops.

Alongside product innovation, I led the company’s digital growth strategy.
Scaled our X community from 1,000 to 15,000+ and Discord from 300 to over 3,100, all in under 11 months.

Ran high-intent social campaigns, obsessively tracked performance metrics, and kept iterating.

I learned what it means to build with users, not for them.
To differentiate through clarity, grow through trust, and win by listening.
